There's great cafes, bars, a fantastic weekly market, art & craft shops, parks and even a river you can swim in or hang out by. The city has a long white sandy beach where you can soak up some of Nelson's famous sunshine. Just outside town you can discover the wineries, boutique breweries, more golden sand beaches and three National Parks including the beautiful Abel Tasman where you can sea kayak, walk, swim and fish.
